The purpose of the Adult Day & Respite Care Program is to provide a community based program of care. The primary goal of the program is to allow the individual to remain in the community as long as possible and to preclude unnecessary or premature institutionalization. Our objective is to help disabled adults maintain their dignity and place in the community.

Our program is designed to work as partners with families and caregivers to ensure that participants remain healthy, active and safe. We want to help our clients to stay functional and able to live at home as long as possible.
